This is how Harrell Roofing Company, Inc. handles what you tell us. It is a plain summary, not a legal contract.

What we collect

When you use the form, you give us your name, phone number, the address of the roof and what it is made of. If you call, we note the number and what you told us.

What we use it for

We use it to call you, set a visit and write an estimate. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who sees it

The people at the office and the estimator and crew lead on your job. If you ask us to send an estimate to your insurer or to a real estate agent, we send it to them, and only that.

How long we keep it

We keep estimates and job records as long as we need them for warranty papers and taxes. You can ask us to delete the rest.
